SystemUI Tuner System Settings Add-On

This is a non-interactive add-on for SystemUI Tuner that allows writing to Settings.System without root or ADB. Android allows apps targeting Android 5.1 (API 22) or lower to write to Settings.System without restrictions. This add-on takes advantage of this bypass by targeting API 22.
